Hand writing recognition app?

    Does anyone know of a decent app that can be used with an iPad/iphone to recognise handwriting (input by finger/stylus & eventually iPencil).

    I'm looking for something that will recognise the handwriting and OCR it to plain text for input into a notes package/word/pages etc.

    I use "Nebo" on an iPad Pro but I think it requires the pencil.
