    anyone know how to get from rome campingio airport to rome central train station by public transport? Details on this would be much appreciated.

    There's at least two or three bus companies covering the route and stopping alongside termini station.
    Think one of them may be called aerobus,and there is a booth that you will pass on your way out of the airport selling tickets.
    Journey takes about half an hour.

    Terravision is one company that run buses to Rome Termini from Ciampino - see here. Cheap at €5.

    Sitabus is another one.

    Good cheap way to travel and they run frequently from just outside arrivals.
