As the title says, think I may have got caught speeding in Northern Ireland. It was the speed van. I reside in Donegal. Just wondering will I get penalty points on my Irish licence? Will I get a fine and will I have to pay it?
    I was doing nearly 60mph in a 50mph zone.

You can't currently get points but may be able to in the future. I am unsure if points you would have got now will go on to it in the future when the system is in place.

Brexit might mean it's not going to happen though.

You'll likely have a fine to pay and you might be pulled over in future in NI if you don't pay it. I would pay it personally in order to not be looking over my shoulder the whole time.
