Right of way

    A neighbour has blocked my right of way by locking a gate and also parking machinery on the right of way.
    What are my options all the way from friendly chat to the nuclear option.

    approach him/her and kindly ask to move your machinery that you are blocking my right of way, if that don't work then call the guards.
