    Hi All,

Apologies in advance for the noob question. I bought a Corsair 100 tower, and it has one standoff that can't screw into
Is this just for motherboard alignment? The main reason I'm concerned is that the tower already had the standoffs placed already, and it is missing two sets of screws in the accessories kit.

Yea. I used have an NZXT case and it had a middle standoff that was just so you could make sure the mobo was aligned correctly.

Thanks for that. It was the position of it that threw me off. As with a MATX board, they generally look to need a stand off in that position. I won't know until the motherboard arrives though.
