Does anyone know how to get a thorough electric/magnetic field test done in and around a house. A friend has severe health problems, as do his g/f since she moved in, as well as electrical anomalies such as light bulbs exploding, computer power supply failing (several times), florescent lights flickering, on one phase, then another, in his workshop. Mains is usually up around 138V, and he is waiting for feedback on recordings by the ESB. Recently, cat and dog have been unwell, the cat only comes indoors to eat, then leaves but is very friendly outside.
