I was with greyhound after DCC dumped us all as customers. City Bins offered us a better deal so we went with them. Greyhound refused to refund money we'd paid in advance. Not just me but all their clients. The regulator made them refund it to all their clients. I just did not, do not like the way they do business.
City Bins are friendly. We're very heavy users and they made contact with us explaining how we could save money. They put us on a different plan and it works out cheaper.
We no longer compare prices of Greyhound & City Bins. I'd never go back. That's my experience. Maybe Greyhound has changed, I don't know

We were with Greyhound originally, but jumped to City Bin and are very happy with their service, cost etc. Would never go back to greyhound unless there was no alternative.

They are just generally horrible to deal with. And they seem to purposely make it difficult to deal with them. The poster above me seemed to have a very similar experience.
