Hi my son bought a Samsung galaxy s6 second hand he's 15. He bought it with the intention that it was unlocked to all networks. So he put his vodafone sim in and it worked. He cannot receive or make calls unless it's through Facebook messenger. We brought it into the vodafone store and they said it's locked to some network (they couldn't tell which). So we contacted the guy he bought it from and he said he was puzzled as he bought it unlocked to all networks. Any idea how we could resolve this issue? I'd try get it unlocked and pay but we don't know what network it's supposedly on.
