Hi all, I have a query someone might be able to help me with I am currently in a relationship which we have 1 child basically I collect her money and my money all in the one and the rent allowance also, we have been arguing the past 6-8 months, and the last 2 months have been dreadful of them two months I have spent a lot of time staying in family members homes but I don't want to leave full stop because of my son, and the fear of if I left they would stop the rent allowance and my child ending up homeless, could someone please help me here as I don't have a clue what to do in this situation as I can't really cope anymore I don't want to go upto social welfare and sign off incase it puts my child at risk, if someone has a knowledge about this predicament I am in I am all ears as I can not see a way out of this

Your partner would only need to sort out her own payment if your actually separated along with her rent allowance ,and maintenance from you
