PBS America on Sky Box Sets

    When I go to PBS America in Sky Box Sets I cannot download any of the listed programs. The message is "upgrade or re-activiate subscription". I have the Original bundle.

    Should I be able to download them?

    I have a bit of an over-and-back on the Sky talk-to forum but just hoping somebody in here might know whether or not I should have access to these downloads.

    Sorry, I dont know myself but I have seen your thread on this matter and I see that the reps have asked you on 4 occasions to PM your phone number so that they can call you. Im just curious as to why you are reluctant to talk to Sky directly about this?

    Working for me, I have variety and HD, you need HD to access the box sets.
