    HI Guys
My CKCS ate about a qtr of a small conker ( i have them around the house to prevent spiders..........) in any case he found one and started chewing on it. I took it from him and threw into the bin, thought nothing more of it. over last 24hrs he has bad diarrhea. is eating and drinking - i changed the food to white boiled rice and lots of fresh water and in himself seems ok apart from the hot weather.

Just woke up this morning and yesterday to him having messed in his crate. yesterday very bad, today not too bad. Anyone any experience of this as i read conkers are poisonous to dogs.

OP personally I'd bring him straight to the vet .. you don't want to take any chances.

Also please remove them from within each of ur dog

OP how is your dog today?
Just an aside, do you find conkers actually have any effect on preventing spiders?!?!
Definitely a good idea to remove all conkers from the house immediately - regardless of spiders. Hope your dog is ok?
