Haven't been to Donegal much, but we stayed a couple of nights on a site in Bundoran. Its called SeaSpray and its a pretty busy place. Loads of kids for yohurs to play with. We stayed a night in another site outside Killybegs, if you google Killybegs Motorhome stopover.
Scenic but very basic. Nothing foir kids. Stopped overnight in the carpark at the harbour in Killybegs itself, which was fine, no one seemed to mind, and interesting watching the shipping etc.

That's the extent of our visits, there is a thousand more places to visit there, hope to go to the Slieve League cliffs and on up to Clonmany in July.
