    Hi,
We recently purchased a home in a mature small estate with a slopping green in front. Beyond this green there is a new estate being built, the developer has recently put a planning permission notice in front of this green and wants to use it as a recreational/park.They had a planned area already for this on their own development but want to build a few more houses there instead,. thus using our only green area as the park etc.
Obviously us residents appose this and are in the process of objecting, anyone with experience of anything like this would be great if you could give your thoughts etc.
    Tks a lot!

Yes, observation within the first 5 weeks.
Has to be in writing or online f they have an online facility like Dublin City does.
Pay the fee of €20 per objection.

Don't babble on about loss of valuation, loss of light, stick to planning fact and anything that can contradict the LA debvelopment plan.

Hire a consultant if needs be.

You call it "Our green area" - who owns it?

If the developer doesn't own it did he get the permission of the person who does?
