    hey all
    i am currently applying for my Disability Allowance with my doctor and was wondering what other payments am i aloud claim , i know there is another form of payment throught the doctor where i call in each week and the doctor signs the forms , ??

    I think you are talking about illness benifit. It starts with an Mc1 form and the weekly MC2 forms. You normally get moved onto Disability benifit by the Social Welfare. You do not get both.
