I HAVE TO BUILD 2x €800 PC's

Evening all, I've got two uncles who want to get a new PC each. It's an odd story as to how they both came to the realization that they both wanted a PC's at the same time but according to my old fella they do. So here I am. I'm looking to pull the trigger on this fairly sharpish.

1. What is your budget? [€800 each]

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer(s)? They both want it for general use such as email, microsoft office, internet but one of them will occasionally use his for Flight Simulators

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [I have 2x 24" 1080p monitors I am gifting them]

5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [N/A]

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1080/1440x900/etc.] [N/A]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [N/A]

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [I would be but not a deal breaker]

Is there really any need for a 1060 6gb on this build? I'm not too familiar with flight simulators but for occasional use and no other gaming would something like a 460 4gb or 1050 ti make more sense (and none for the other)? If so I reckon these could be done for a lot less than €800, no need to spend money just for the sake of spending it. If they need office etc the remainder could also easily cover those and extras like the cost of the flight simulators or some such.

Would test out a build but virgin broadband are bloody useless so I'm on the mobile.

AMD socket AM4 build ensures the CPU can be upgraded in the next 3-4 years.

If you don't think the machines will ever be upgraded/resold, consider Intel Pentium G4560/G4600 on B250 with DDR4-2400.

Would a G4560 make more sense at €80 less expensive? Given that it's only standard usage, no workstation stuff etc, and the only other bit would be the flight simulator on one of them?

For the uncle without the flight simulators, take out the 1050 TI = ?360.85 = €411.09.

- Went entirely through Amazon as they deliver free to Ireland and there are no other hidden types of charges. They also offer excellent money back/return policies in case there are any issues upon delivery.
- If they would want more storage, a 1TB 7200RPM can be had for about ?30/€35 more.
- Added a wifi adapter in case they would prefer it to have to be connected via wired internet, otherwise it can be deleted.
- This would cover the cost of Windows (€90-100ish) and Office (I think it's €100ish? I use OpenOffice freeware but it's more basic and not as user friendly or attractive looking), and leave the uncle without the GPU in particular with plenty left over. If either of them are dumping an old computer for this they should be able to carry Windows over to this new one for free, hence why I left it off the build just in case.

urgggh..ordering/making pc's for family members..its so seriously not worth it..
I basically sat my mother down one day and warned her never again to bring me home laptops from bingo to fix, meet some person i don't even know to recommend them a pc and then listen to them bitch later on that their kids can't play a few games on it when they ignored my advice in the first place.
