Can I get the email for customs

    Hi there,
    if your package (mines a phone from aliexpress) goes to customs, should you just contact them?
    if so can you post the email please.
    Or should you wait until its being held?

    I got in contact with them instead of waiting for letter.
    Through email and screen grabs of aliexpress purchase and credit card statment they were able to release the package. I was charged €35 (23%) tax and €10 handling fee for a €154 phone.
    Fair is fair. I pay road tax so think this is not too bad a hit for what I got.
    Also just fyi the email way of doing this was super fast and really hassle free. No going to post office or over the top requests from them.
