The Hair Part Theory

I just read about this. Basically, as a man you should part your hair on the left (that is, the part line should be on your left). The theory goes that that you will be perceived as more masculine and dominant and as such people will respond to you better.

The weak nerdy guy has his hair parted on his right, while the alpha male has hair parted on his left. Compare Clark Kent with Superman.

I've always parted my hair on the right but tomorrow I'm going to do the opposite. It does sounds a bit a fringe theory but successful men like JFK, John Wayne and Brad Pitt do/did part their hair on their left, as do many male models according to Google image search.

Hitler, btw, parted his from the right.

Also, I'm wondering dose this explain why I seem to look good in the mirror but terrible in photos?

You part your hair to the opposite side of the way your dick hangs, so the ladies know which way like it... And choose partners because of their hair split

No. Any Barber will tell you that your hair has it's natural way of going & is parted accordingly.

My parents were born in the '30s & came of age in the '50s. Their rule was parting on the right for boys & on the left for girls.

    All bollocks really..

I wish I still had enough hair on my head to be concerned about this. Even if I still had I still probably wouldn't be.

Yes my hair does part naturally on my right. Thing is, how come when I look in the mirror I think I look good (I'm perceiving myself as if I had the part on my left) and in photos I think I look terrible?

Anyway it will be interesting to see if there's any change. I expect everyone to do a double take when they see me. There'll be something different they can't quite put their finger on.

The theory doesn't say parting on the right means you are necessarily weak, but more sensitive/artistic. It's interesting but I don't actually believe it. David Cameron changed his to left to try and look stronger, didn't work. People still think he faffed a pig.

Another psychological trick is to style your hair into a gerry curl and grow out a mustache, this makes the female brain think of you as ron jeremy and puts cock on her mind.

I have never in my life attempted to part my hair.

I part my hair horizontally, from ear to ear.
    It looks sensational!

Hopefully the 90's will be back in soon and we can do away with this left right bollox and part in the centre like The Backstreet Boys.

    (Step is optional).
