Cycle/walk the Greenway or part of it.
Visit Dunmore East/Passage East/Woodstown to experience the Redwater experience
Eat an organic meal at GrowHQ and visit the growing garden for same.
    Do the Viking Museum
Play the slots in Tramore :)
    Visit Waterford Crystal

Tully's might have some music on. It's a very decent pub with a good selection of drinks. What kind of a bar you looking for?

Go to Kilkenny instead ! :)

I would recommend in Waterford -

Geoffs has to be visited ! be rude not to .....
The Fat Angel is a nice quiet cafe/Wine bar in a really nice spot on Cathedral Sq.
Kyoto Restaurant is just down around the corner from the Fat Angel , - very tasty "street" Asian food (Tempura Prawns are delish !)
