I have an excellent flooring guy in at the minute, and hes doing an outstanding job, great attention to detail.

One thing we are discussing at the minute is where the laminate of the upstairs meets the top thread of the stairs. Right now there is a silver metal screw down bar, which i think doesnt look great.

He doesnt disagree, but advises wood offerings are usually not that strong and usually not screw down.

Id be great full for some suggestions on what be a good strong bar but also look a bit better than a metal bar.
