UCD - Economics (Joint Degree)

As far as I understand this course doesn't require a pass in maths and the same with Maths (Joint Degree). Am I correct? Any help appreciated.

This is of course, for me, a back up in case of failing HL Maths. Through my research I've also found several courses in DIT that only require a H7 in Maths, such as Accounting & Finance, Business & Management, Computer Science. Would just like to double check if I am correct. Maybe someone out there knows more than me.
