Loose magazine pocket

The magazine pocket on the back of drivers side is loose and wont pull back in. (Feels like elastics dont have the strength anymore to pull it back). I tried looking online how to fix it but couldn't find any solutions. Anyone knows? Or have fixed it? Picture attached of the issue below. Car in under warranty but not sure…
