Depends on the company and their policy but in my previous roles they have always stated that if there are any holidays taken in excess of the entitlement, they will be deducted from your final paycheck.

You have now been working close to 5 months so you have accumulated nearly 8 days holidays already .

Assuming you are getting 20 days holidays per year.
Take your annual entitlement and divide it by 12 to get your monthly entitlement.

The statutory holiday rate is 8% of hours worked. Its not time soent there but the number of hours actually worked. Your contract may day you are entitled to more but cannot sat less.

When you finish your post you should receive cessation pay. Your last payment (weekly/monthly etc) plus any holiday pay owed.

Its 8% of hours worked only if you work less than minimum which i think is 1365 hrs in a year . Plus overtime hours may not count .
