Extention of Duration

    Hi. Does anybody know if it is possible to get an "Extention of Duration" of planning permission on a new build (or development) if the current permission has expired?

    If the permission has expired then you have to reapply fully.
    You can only apply for an extension of duration in the final year of the permission.

    What was the grant date? As you technically have 5 years and 45 days IIRC.
