Cannot record after MN with Virgin Media

    Have full Virgin Media tv package.All 193 channels!.Digital box.Horizon not here.used to record films,sports middle of the night.About 2 weeks ago tv available but impossible to record any programme on box.Just a white screen showing.Complained. Box replaced.And installed by me. Same problem.Complained.Technician arr.said he had never come across this before. Went outside.Made call.Then said problem was widespread!No change since.Can any contributor tell me what is going on because calling Virgin Media has yielded no enlightment
