Second last at Aintree, I like Solar Impulse at 12/1. Down in the weights, should appreciate the trip and the ground. Horse was a Cheltenham winner only a little over a year ago.

predictably, I have to do a few multiples with Silvestre de Sousa today. At Sandown alone, lots of the rides very good draw, and he's riding his socks off at the moment.

Mysterial and Mallory Heights my 2 favourite low grade dags are declared for today. Had a nibble at Mallory Heights @ 25s but it's a reserve at the minute.

Had a sizable each way bet on Mysterial at 9/1. He's come down fair bit in the weights and will try steal it from the front

my god that was hard to watch. still have the bets though as e/w, just not quite as profitable. 5.25pm and then a long wait to 7.40

just spotted I have jackhammer in the 7.10 in two of the bets. nine horses altogether in those. will be an interesting evening.

One of my previous nicks on here was Handsome Bob....which then became S De Sousa so I'm half delighted for the guy/sickened for myself.

Considered putting his Sandown rides in a small lucky 63 but thought he'd do well to get even two wins after 4 timer yesterday.

He just notched up his 6th of the day at Goodwood.

I didn't even get to watch the race properly because the stream died on me. Never mind, had a fantastic day and there's plenty more SDS (Séipéal De Sousa ) booked rides.
