We are moving home (unwillingly) and cant keep cats in our new home, so we need to find someone to take 2 mature (female, neutered) cats.

Can anyone recommend a good place to contact about getting them re-homed, or am I kidding myself that someone would want 2 mature cats?

I have heard bad things about some rescue places where the cats end up in cages all day & night and tbh I'd rather have them put down than put them through that! Obviously, I'm trying to avoid anything drastic though!

Try boards rehoming thread, just scroll through the next page or two and you'll find it, might be a boardsie that could help or know someone.
    Good luck, must be heartbreaking.
