Contracting from Ireland for a U.K. company

    Hi,

I've been working for a company in the U.K. fpr three years. I recently moved back to Ireland and have been working remotely for them, but this will soon come to an end for tax reasons. It looks likely that they will offer me a contract position so that I can stay on. It is my first time contracting, so I'm not sure whether it would be better to be a sole trader, limited company, or go via an umbrella company. Also not sure what the cross border issues might be, if any. Does anyone have any experience of this?

    Thanks!

Any idea how much you'll get per year for your services?
