trimming audio file

i have a two hour audio file and i need to cut about 1 minute from it in the middle at one point and 1 minute from it at another point. anyone know a program or app that will do this for me.i have looked into it and they seem to either be able to cut it from the end or the beginning or when you cut it your left wth two…

Audacity will do what you need.
