An Post Parcel Issue

    Hi there

    I sent a laptop via registered post from Dublin to Cork yesterday and it seems to be taking the scenic route to say the least. Below is the tracking history.

    ITEM IS IN TRANSIT DUBLIN MAIL CENTRE

    That does seem to be doing a bit of a loop. I had something similar happen to me once before and I rang An Post, in fairness they were very helpful and were able to tell me exactly what was going on. They can see more on their systems than what's showing on the track and trace thing.

    That final accepted is a delivery! No AP premises there.

    Call them, somebody has made a balls of something.

    Well he should call them but Earlsfort terrace is the post office where it was posted.

    I would saw what happened is someone in the DMC accidently sent it to Navan .

    Navan DSU immediately realised it wasn't for them and scanned it to send it back to the DMC and the DMC when they got it back last night scanned it hopefully to Cork .
