Hi folks, Could I have some help in identifying this plant that looks a bit like a dandelion? I didn't see the plant myself, the photos were taken by somebody else, and couldn't describe the leaves either. Thanks.

Tragopogon pratensis (Goat's beard)...assuming the leaves in the foreground are of another plant
