Hi Scouters Do you use a seperate application form or just the activities consent form for youth members each year? At the moment we just use the ACF but were wondering if another form would be more suitable.

We just use the ACF.
But it would be good to have something in addition for new members.

ACF works fine for members who have been involved a while. But for new members without a scouting background and even members moving up a section more needs to be communicated. I see some groups have an info pack with kit lists, code of conduct etc. Anyway, we are not there yet ourselves.
