    Hi,

    I had an efibre package and just added eir mobile just over a month ago.

    This month I have received an extremely high bill, the agent on the Live Chat says a charge of 100 was applied for my usage in the 1st month, but I regularly check my allowance and received no message regarding getting close to my data limit. 

    Can someone check this for me?
