Help creating a catalog app.

Hi Could someone point me in the direction of the service or product I need to make this happen. Basically I own a vape shop and I want to have a tablet on my counter for when a customer comes in they can browse through our e-juice offerings. Like select Fruit or Desert and then that will give a thumbnail on each product…

I don't need to this be on the app store or anything just to be able to work in my store.

Has your shop got an existing website? It could be an existing/additional page on your website which is mobile friendly. Could just have your tablet open on that page.
