Basically I own a vape shop and I want to have a tablet on my counter for when a customer comes in they can browse through our e-juice offerings. Like select Fruit or Desert and then that will give a thumbnail on each product…

Has your shop got an existing website? It could be an existing/additional page on your website which is mobile friendly. Could just have your tablet open on that page.
