    Hey,

    My partner and I are first time buyers, already living in the Greystones area, looking at buying in Charlesland. We're already aware of the potential negatives and the poor quality of some of the builds... but how do we find out if the specific property we view has issues?? I doubt sellers will be too honest about problems for obvious reasons!! Anyone have a good surveyor specifically familiar with the Charlesland area.
