    Hi all,

I'm returning to college as a mature student and its my first time applying for a grant so sorry for the silly question.

If you are awarded a maintenance grant and a tuition fee grant do you still have to pay the student contribution fee or is this covered in the tuition part ?

The student contribution is covered. You just pay the capitation fee (in my college anyway).
