This is terrible, you must be scared. What part of the country are you in? Have you friends?

I live in Dublin and I have about a handful of friends but none close enough to share all these embarrassing things to my parents always ague with me about having too many friends and always forcing me to stay home

With just 2 days before finishing your leaving cert. Damn :(

Here's the Dublin City Council Homeless website:
    http://www.dublincity.ie/main-menu-services-housing-homeless-services/if-you-are-homeless
If you are, or about to become homeless, you should make yourself aware of your options and rights as soon as possible. It is important to understand who you need to contact and what services are available for you.

There are different contact details for different parts of the city depending on where you are.
The local authority will organise temporary accommodation for you if you have nowhere else to stay and will assign you a Housing Officer, who will work with you to put in place more long-term accommodation options.

I'd suggest even friends that are not so close would be happy to help in this sort of situation. Especially so close to the exams.

If it does not work then yes the other options above will be a good alternative. Try and concentrate on the exams by any means necessary. You might find hanging out on a college campus that's open 24 7 as a good option while studying and sorting something out for yourself.

Sad that your parents would do that to you. And sad that there are plenty of people on here in your area with spare rooms that won't help you out.

Are you a boy or girl. Think boys tend to have issues with fathers of this attitude. Think it's usually resentment on the part of the father for them not being young anymore. You are likely better off out of this situation. Maybe the case your mother is at risk here.

If your father is violent in the home, your siblings and mother are at risk. I would urge you to please reach out to Tusla in relation to this.

Contact the chaplain in your school. They will help with emergency accommodation until you finish your exams.

Mod Post: Not really an Accommodation and Property issue but might be better suited in Personal Issues to get advice there.
