Irish tourist visa query

Hello. My friend is an Egyptian national and she was granted an Irish tourist visa. In her itinerary list that was sent to the Irish Embassy, she wrote that she plans to entre Ireland through Dublin Airport. However, she has found that it's cheaper and less time consuming to use Shannon Airport as she will be staying for one week in the South West of Ireland.

My question is, does she absolutely have to entre through Dublin Airport or can she entre Ireland through any of our international airports?

I emailed the Irish Embassy about this but the response was not satisfactory.

To be honest I would take the response from the Embassy over anyone posting here.

When you say "not satisfactory", does that mean it wasn't the answer you wanted, or it didn't make sense?
