RTE 1and2 to smart tv

Hi we just bought a new smart TV which was intended only to be used with an Internet connection for Netflix and YouTube. We have just realised that we need RTE 1 and 2. What is the easiest cheapest way of getting this on the smart TV ? Thanks

If you have a smart TV you might be able to get the RTE player.
