    1.How I can get my liability confirmation


    If you are looking for proof of account payment, we will be happy to look into this for you if you can provide the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirm if you are the account holder.

    2. Shared Sewer and manhole


    Irish Water do have remit over combined sewers which take rain water and sewage mixed together. However, if it is a private common drain to a number of households that link to our system, we do not have responsibility over these drains and if you wish to carry out works on these private sewer pipes you will need to apply for planning permission.

    3. Moving out of Apartment, All Bills Paid - Require Letter Stating This

    If you need proof of account closure, or that your account is up to date, please send us the following details and we will be happy to help.

    - Name
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirm if you are the account holder.
