Car alarm (K9 classic) stuck in valet mode?

Basically the blue deterrent light stays on all the time, when previously it would turn off when I turned off the alarm. HI all,
I have a K9 Classic car alarm fitted and I think it is stuck in valet mode. Basically the blue deterrent light stays on all the time, when previously it would turn off when I turned off the alarm. Any help would be great as I havent a clue where the valet button is to turn it off if this is the issue. Another thing that has started to happen is that when i turn the ignition off i hear a cherp of the alarm before I take the key out of the ignition.
Any help would be appreciated.
