No electricity

So, I woke up this morning to find out that there's was no power at home, so I tried calling Electric Ireland. They got my MPRN and told me that there was no known fault.
I'm not into electricity, but I've tried turning all switch off and on, and changing the fuse (that actually looked burnt) and got nothing.
I don't want to call them again, because they said if they send someone and it isn't their fault, they will charge €136 and may not fix it.

So, what else can I do?
