Amazon says item was delivered but it wasn't

I ordered a pair of €150 headphones from Amazon last week. I just checked on Amazon and it says they were delivered yesterday. The courier was I-parcel. I checked their site and they too say it has been delivered.

If they left the parcel with my next door neighbour on either side of my house I'll never see it because they're both scumbags.

What's the best way of finding out what happened to my parcel? Anyone else heard of this crowd?

You should get in touch with the carrier and demand proof of delivery.
That should have a signature on it... If it's not your signature, then they're at fault.

Did you ever actually see those signatures? Every time they hand me an electronic signature pad in only short of drawing an X on it, your best bet might be to get in contact and see does the driver remember the delivery.

iParcel are UPS, but with a bit of a reputation.

Irish Guitarist your contract of sale is with Amazon, not UPS/iParcel. Amazon are responsible for chasing it up. Get onto their CS and demand as much.

Contact Amazon. They will sort it out for you.

my last amazon order was also parcel & never arrived. Amazon asked me to wait a couple of days longer. Still didn't turn up so they refunded as the items were no longer available.

Amazon are fantastic to deal with. They'll sort it out for you.

Contact Amazon, they have great customer service. Might be worth having a look around your garden and in the bins. I am afraid some couriers can leave your parcel outside and sign for it themselves.

A neighbour from up the street called around today and said she had a parcel for the last two days belonging to me. It's a good thing she did because her house isn't that close to mine and I never would have thought it would have ended up there.
