My year at Tus is almost ended , next week last week
One of the three employers want to keep me for a 10 hours a week with the promise after a 6 months it will become a lot more hours
August if everything goes well ,I'm going on a CE scheme also
My question is how to handle this with the social welfare the upcoming 2 months
They want me on the payroll for ten hours a week but its not always ten hours
One week almost nothing other weeks maybe between the 4 and 8 hours but there also weeks of 20 of more
We took the hours worked for them while on TUS last year : 52 came out on 10 hours a week
How to handle this right , I like the job and want to go on with it knowing they going to expand the workplace and maybe will be getting a full time job out of it in the near future

Well, first off I would say well done on your year, seems as if you made the most of it. Secondly, I would say to contact either your local social welfare office or citizens information about your options, and the best way to proceed. They are both generally good places to get your ducks all in a line and ensure that you get all that you are entitled to / don't cross into murky waters! Best of luck...
