Android TV app where I can flick through channels

Hey, fairly new to this, just got an android TV box today, any apps out there that just allow me to flick through the channels? (quality channels, e.g. BBC, CH4, ITV, movie channels, etc) Like being able to sit back on the couch and just channel surf
