Working Remotely / Ltd Company Formation

    I am looking to establish a company somewhere with which to operate our future business.
    The business will involve a few of us working remotely as equal partners (and travelling) and not necessarily residing where the company is operating.
    We would ideally like to pay low corporation tax while
    also having as little startup costs as possible.

    most of us are from the EU (I'm Irish and eager to lose tax residency here) while one of us is not and requires residency (visa to remain in europe). Not a deal breaker but it would be useful to be based in europe at least.

    Anybody got any experience with this ?

    Looking at options in Bulgaria, Romania ....
