Other uses for a shed?

I converted an old cubicle/hay shed last year for sheep. It's 75ft by 50ft. It's only used for 3mths of the year from December to start of March. It seems a waste having it lying idle for the rest of the year.

Is there anything else I could use it for to make a few pound? I was thinking of two things 1) Raising Turkeys for Christmas market or 2) Buy young calves and sell at maybe 10-12wks old. Is anybody else doing this? Any other suggestions?

Sheds here are only empty from may until September. Use them to finish bulls and store lambs. Also like you said turkeys are in a smaller shed. If its a sheep shed cattle might damage or break some of the gates

Do you buy the store Lambs and finish them in the shed ad lib? Who do you supply the Turkeys to? Is there much involved with them?

What weight and type of lamb do you buy?

Why don't you use the shed as a collection pen for the sheep for dosing etc. I converted an old stable here. Don't know what I do with out it plus i am out of the elements in inclement weather and I load them from it for marts etc.
