I'm purchasing a house connected to Group Sewerage Scheme pipe is approx 500m and then joins the public sewer. Scheme has been registered with Irish Water with a view to process to take it in charge to begin next year. My solicitor has asked if Irish Water could provide confirmation that Scheme has been registered - sale cannot proceed without this is this something that you can provide?
