    Hi

Travelling to USA 2moro went to checkin online - but got the following message "Online check-in is not available, Please go to the airport to check-in" for one of the passengers - the other two under the same booking can checkin no problem.

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before ? guess we will have to get to the airport bit earlier than we had hoped

As far as I know that happens when there's an extra random identity check at the airport.

It's not much of a problem at all. Either have attendant check you in at desk or use a manual entry screen if theyre available.

Would be a problem if it was another airline :D:D

This is the 'SSSS' thing, you will have to speak to an agent in Dublin to get the boarding card issued

No big deal, just double check passport, ESTA are all in date and correct and match the name (first and last name only, middle not important) on the booking.
