I have been asked by a young 21 year old student at work for permission to shoot deer on my property I am wondering the following:
1.Am I liable for any accident that might arise from his shooting on my property?
2.If I give him permission do I forfeit the right to shoot myself?
3.He is just a young guy who will be accompanied by a friend so I worry for their safety really.

    Many Thanks for any advice.

    1. Get a copy of their HCAP insurance and deer stalking licence
    2. No
    3. There insurance, get them to sign something saying if they shoot there leg off don't come running to you as it's not your fault

You would be liable for any injury sustained by any invited guests on your property, should said injury be proven to have arisen from your negligence, but your public liability insurance should cover that.
