    Hi,
    So my Mam was a resident in the Bessboroigh Mother and Baby home in '78. my mother passed away 11 years ago and only told me about my half sister on her deathbed. I have since met her.
    But I am looking for information about her time spent at the home. Is this possible? How do I go about starting the process?
    Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Maybe try a new thread and make sure to put "Bessborough" in the title

    Something like "Bessborough Mothers, late 70's"

    Then maybe something about mothers who were in Bessborough circa 1978?
